Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Timely Deliveries: Ensure on-time delivery and pickup of rental equipment to various event locations. Equipment Handling: Load, unload, and set up rental equipment safely and efficiently, including tents, tables, chairs, and other event items. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions professionally and courteously. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Documentation: Accurately complete delivery and pickup logs, including obtaining client signatures and noting any discrepancies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and event setup teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in delivery or a similar role preferred. License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]. Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally. Reliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Availability: Must be available to work weekends, including early mornings and late evenings.
