Thank you for choosing LA LA Rentals. We hope you are satisfied with your rental. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason. Instead, we offer store credit for the full amount of the rental fee.
Store Credit
If you are dissatisfied with your rental, please contact us within 2 days of the rental start date to discuss the issue. Upon approval, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of the rental fee, which can be used towards future rentals with us.
To request a store credit, please contact us by Phone with your rental details and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Exceptions
In certain circumstances, we may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion.
